Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) is a non-profit membership organization.
RIAC activities are aimed at strengthening peace, friendship and solidarity between the peoples, preventing international conflicts and promoting crises settlement. The partnership was established upon the decision of the co-founders and in compliance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation #59-рп of February 2, 2010 “On creation of a non-profit partnership Russian International Affairs Councilâ€.
